Ginger Sue’s has been a Kansas City metro breakfast and brunch institution since 2007, when the first location opened on the historic downtown square in Liberty, Missouri. What started as a single neighborhood café has grown into three beloved locations — Liberty, Lee’s Summit, and Olathe — each one carrying the same commitment to fresh food, warm hospitality, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to linger over one more cup of coffee.
Fresh Food, Familiar Faces
We serve all-day breakfast and lunch, seven days a week, from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Everything on our menu is made with fresh, quality ingredients — from our housemade sausage gravy and scratch hollandaise to our signature crepe-style breakfast burritos and from-scratch pancakes. We think breakfast deserves the same care and creativity as any meal, and our menu reflects that belief.
Whether you’re in the mood for something classic like eggs and bacon, or something a little unexpected like our Blue Cheese Scramble or seasonal pumpkin pancakes, there’s always something worth getting excited about at Ginger Sue’s.

Lee’s Summit, MO — Serving the growing Lee’s Summit community with the same fresh menu and friendly service our Liberty guests have loved for years.
Olathe, KS — Bringing Ginger Sue’s to the Kansas side of the metro, on the west 119th Street corridor in Olathe.
All three locations are open Monday through Sunday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
